Qualifications:
1. Applicants must not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or to others.
2. The household's gross monthly income must be at least 2.25 times the monthly rent. (If approved, a lower income may require an increased security deposit.)
3. Applicants should have at least one year of verifiable employment and rental history, with no evictions.
4. Clear copies of a government-issued photo ID and proof of income are required (minimum of two most recent pay stubs and/or bank statements).
