MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Medium & Long-Term Rentals
1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others.
2. Monthly family gross income must be at least two and a quarter (2.25x) times the monthly rent. (IF APPROVED, anything lower will require an increased security deposit)
3. One year of verifiable employment and rental history with no evictions.
4. Clear copies of a Government issued photo ID and proof of income (minimum of 2 most current pay stubs and/or bank statements)
5. Credit FICO score of 630 or higher. (IF APPROVED, anything lower will require an increased security deposit)
